Feature Introduction
HomeKit scenes are a feature of Apple Home that allows users to control multiple smart home devices through a set of predefined actions. For example, users can create a “Leave Home” scene that turns off all lights, shuts down air conditioning, locks doors, and more.Users can trigger these scenes through the voice assistant Siri or the Apple Home app to conveniently control smart home devices.
Supported Hubs
- Supported gateway firmware version: V4.0.4 and above.
- The hub has been added to the Aqara Home app and the device is online.
- The hub needs to be added to the Apple Home app.
Why did the addition fail?
- Scene names cannot duplicate existing scene names in the Apple Home app.
- The hub device needs to be online in the Aqara Home app.
Why is the scene's added status inaccurate?
Due to the HomeKit scene synchronization mechanism, if you uninstall the Aqara Home app or switch iCloud accounts, scenes in the Apple Home app may become unusable. You'll need to delete the added scenes in the Apple Home app and re-add them to the Apple Home app.
How to execute scenes in Apple HomeKit?
Scenes that have been added to HomeKit can be triggered through the voice assistant Siri or the Apple Home app to conveniently control smart home devices.
Why do scenes fail to execute in HomeKit?
Scene execution requires the hub to be online in the Aqara Home app.
Will changes to scene names and actions in the Aqara Home app sync to HomeKit scenes?
Scene name changes won't sync, but action modifications will sync.

Yes.
